Editorial Policy

This page explains how C20 Sport News researches, writes and corrects its articles.

Sources

We rely on primary sources first: official rulebooks and websites of leagues and governing bodies (for example the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, FIFA, World Athletics and the NCAA), official records, and established sports media. When sources disagree, we say so rather than picking a number at random.

Accuracy and updates

Sports change every season. Articles that depend on dates, schedules or records show when they were last updated. If a rule or record changes, we update the article and the date.

Use of technology

Our editors use software tools, including AI writing assistants, for research support and drafting. Every article is checked, edited and approved by a person before publication, and the editorial team is responsible for what we publish.

Independence

We do not accept payment for coverage and do not publish betting tips. Any commercial relationship would be clearly labeled.

Corrections

If you spot an error, email [email protected] with the article link. We review every report and correct mistakes promptly.
